I’m Mitchell Pfister, Owner and CEO of Higher Path Co., a mission-driven apparel and mental health brand. I’m a U.S. Army Infantry Veteran and former police officer, having served in the Army National Guard from 2013 to 2019 and in law enforcement from 2017 to 2023. My time in uniform gave me firsthand insight into the unique challenges veterans and first responders face, as well as valuable skills in crisis intervention and therapeutic approaches.

During my service, I personally struggled with anxiety and PTSD. Learning to overcome these obstacles and thrive gave me the tools, empathy, and determination to help others from all walks of life. I now hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology (2024) and continue to pursue higher education.

Through Higher Path Co., I’m combining my professional journey with my passion for service — donating 10% of all proceeds to fund mental health treatment, training and raise awareness for those who’ve served on the front lines. I believe taking the first step in your mental health journey is the hardest, but also the most important, and I’m committed to helping forge the way toward hope and healing.
